                          HOW TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE   

We are in a busy world, where we run for our daily life. Busy doing our work, earning money helping each other develop, we all are doing this only to have a healthy and happy life. In the race for living a better life we forgot about our health, we charge our mobile phones, laptops and other gadgets but we forget to charge ourselves. We think the food we eat normally will keep us healthy, but in fact, it is making you unhealthy and lazy. Here are some ways to have a healthy and happy life.

EAT HEALTHY FOODS
  Eating healthy food gives us lot of energy and develops immune system and keeps us healthy. It gives lot of energy and strength so that we won’t get tired while working and no disease can attack us. A healthy food diet contains, vegetables, pulses, cereals, fruits. ‘VEGETABLES BUILD BODY, FRUITS CLEAN BODY’. Avoiding oily items, junk foods, fat containing food products makes our body proper function properly.


 


          
REGULAR EXERCISE
   Exercise is the miracle cure we always had, but we have neglected it and started to take medicines. Excerising regularly burns all the fat in the body and keeps the body fit. It also helps in boosting mind, reduces stress and depression. Whatever busy schedule we are in, we must spend some time doing exercises. Jogging, playing some outdoor games, working out in gym are all part of exercise. Healthy food + Regular exercise = Healthy and Happy life, follow this formula for a better life.


                            


PROPER SLEEP
   Proper sleeping is the most important part in a healthy life. Without a good sleep we won’t be able to concentrate on our work, it brings stress and tension it adversely affects the health. Normally a person needs, 6-8hrs of good sleep. Taking a power nap for 15minutes during work hours will make your brain fresh and energetic and it also makes the skin glowing. Good sleep relaxes the mind, body and gains back more energy and we can start our day freshly in an enthusiastic way.
                                     



AVOIDING STRESS AND DEPRESSION
    Busy work schedule brings lot of tension and stress. Stress and depression affects our body, it rises the blood pressure, damages nerve tissues. Having a good diet, regular exercise and proper sleep plus lot of stress and tension will not result in a healthy life. We must avoid our stress, by having nice conversation with family and friends, listening to good music, hanging out with friends, looking at nature. Forget about all your stress and pain have a calm and peaceful mind by doing yoga and meditation. Earning lakhs and lakhs of money is not worth when we don’t have a peaceful mind, so avoid stress and tension.
